Tableau Developer

OverviewWe're seeking an experienced Tableau Developer to create and help us maintain dashboards for our B2B SaaS platform data. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in data analysis, project management, and business analysis. This role requires an analytical mindset and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that drive business success. Duties Conduct thorough business analysis to identify client needs and requirements Review our current setup and offer insights on how to improve our reporting Convert existing PowerBI templates into Tableau dashboards Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards. Utilise data analysis skills to interpret complex datasets and generate meaningful reports. Create visualisations using Tableau and Power BI to present findings effectively. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions based on the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Required Skills Strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as Tableau, Power BI, R, Python, SQL, Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server. Experience with data cleaning and ETL processes Excellent analytical skills with the ability to solve complex problems effectively. Experience in database design and management. Strong communication skills with the ability to present findings clearly to stakeholders. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. A proactive approach to learning new technologies and methodologies relevant to the role.
