A Tableau Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau software. Their main goal is to help organizations make data-driven decisions by transforming complex data into visual insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Dashboard Development: Create interactive dashboards and reports in Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server.
- Data Integration: Connect Tableau with various data sources like databases, spreadsheets, and web APIs.
- Data Analysis and Visualization: Develop effective visualizations to uncover trends in data and provide actionable insights.
- Collaboration: Work with business users, data engineers, and analysts to understand requirements and translate them into BI solutions.
