Tableau Developer Our Fortune 1000 Financial Services client is looking for a dynamic Tableau Developer to assist their Data Analytics & Services team in delivering high-impact data visualizations and insights that drive informed business decisions. This fully remote role is ideal for a data-driven professional who thrives at the intersection of analytics, visualization, and stakeholder collaboration. Key Responsibilities • Dashboard Development: Design, develop, and maintain interactive, user-friendly, and visually compelling Tableau dashboards and reports that translate complex data into actionable insights. • Data Analysis & Transformation: Leverage SQL to extract, transform, and analyze data from multiple sources, including large-scale financial or regulated datasets. • Performance Optimization: Optimize Tableau dashboards and data extracts for performance and scalability, reducing refresh times and improving usability. • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner closely with business analysts, data engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements and convert business needs into technical solutions. • Governance & Support: Support and administer Tableau Server environments, including user provisioning, security access, documentation, and best practices. • Data Integrity: Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability by collaborating with engineering teams to resolve data quality issues. Required Skills and Qualifications • Advanced proficiency with Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server. • Strong SQL skills and solid understanding of data warehousing concepts. • Hands-on experience with data modeling, blending, and building complex, interactive visualizations. • Familiarity with financial or healthcare-related data and associated regulatory standards. • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify trends, patterns, and insights from data. Qualifications • 3–5+ years of proven experience in Tableau development, preferably within a corporate, financial, or regulated environment. • Must be experienced in presenting solutions to clients and troubleshooting challenges with external customers
