Tableau Developer
Chicago IL(Onsite 5 days a week)
6 Months
We are looking for an experienced Tableau Developer who can build high-quality dashboards, ensure data accuracy, and partner closely with business and technical teams. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical thinking, a deep understanding of BI best practices, and the ability to transform raw data into meaningful insights.
Responsibilities
• Develop interactive, scalable Tableau dashboards and reports.
• Translate business needs into technical requirements and data models.
• Work with data engineering teams to ensure high-quality data pipelines.
• Implement data governance and data quality checks within reporting workflows.
• Optimize queries, visualizations, and dashboard performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.
• Support ad hoc reporting and provide insights to business stakeholders.
Required Skills
• Strong hands-on experience with Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server.
• Advanced proficiency with SQL and data modeling concepts.
• Deep familiarity with data governance, data quality, and ETL workflows.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Clear communication skills for presenting insights and working with business partners.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum practices.
Good to Have
• Experience with Power BI or other data visualization tools.
• Exposure to machine learning pipelines or predictive analytics.
• Familiarity with Python for data analysis.
