Tableau Developer • Contract Length: TBC • Boston, MA (Hybrid – 2–3 days onsite) Our client is a leading U.S.-based consulting firm with over 9,000 employees nationwide. They partner with enterprise clients across highly regulated industries and are expanding their data & analytics capabilities within the pharmaceutical and life sciences space. We are seeking a highly skilled Tableau Developer with strong hands-on experience in dashboard design, data modeling, and performance optimization. The ideal candidate will have prior experience supporting pharmaceutical or life sciences organizations and be comfortable presenting insights to business stakeholders. This role requires someone who can both build and communicate, translating complex data into clear, actionable visualizations for leadership teams. Key Responsibilities: • Design, develop, and maintain advanced Tableau dashboards and data visualizations • Translate business requirements into scalable and performant reporting solutions • Work directly with stakeholders to gather requirements and present findings • Connect and build data models leveraging Snowflake • Optimize dashboards for performance, usability, and clarity • Support ongoing analytics needs within pharmaceutical/life sciences engagements • Ensure data accuracy and alignment with business KPIs Skills & Qualifications: • 5+ years of professional experience in data analytics or BI development • Advanced expertise in Tableau (development and dashboard design required) • Hands-on experience working with Snowflake (including building data models or querying directly within Snowflake) • Prior experience in pharmaceutical or life sciences industry (required) • Strong SQL skills • Proven experience presenting insights to stakeholders and business leaders • Excellent communication and consulting skills • Experience working within consulting environments • Familiarity with regulated industry reporting requirements • Experience supporting commercial, clinical, or operational pharma teams
