Title: Tableau Integration Consultant
Location : 100% Remote (Must be US-based)

We're partnering with a fast-growing organization to find a Senior Tableau Implementation Lead to architect and execute a net-new Tableau implementation, with a focus on integrating deeply with Salesforce data.
This is a hands-on role requiring end-to-end experience - from discovery and data strategy to dashboard deployment and user enablement. The ideal candidate is Tableau-certified and well-versed in Salesforce's data model, particularly Sales and Service Cloud objects.
You'll serve as the strategic driver behind Tableau's rollout, helping define the analytics roadmap, build scalable visualizations, and ensure clean, reliable integration with existing CRM systems. This role will focus on putting together an initial scope and estimate for a Tableau implementation and would be actively involved in delivery and execution of the scope.
What You'll Do
• Leading the scoping and estimating function from the pre-sales side.
• Lead the full implementation of Tableau from the ground up, including server setup, data sourcing, modeling, and visualization
• Partner with business stakeholders to identify key KPIs and reporting needs across departments (sales, marketing, service)
• Design, build, and optimize Tableau dashboards and workbooks for executive and operational users
• Integrate Tableau with Salesforce data (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud), ensuring performance, integrity, and security
• Work with data engineering/IT to establish efficient data pipelines from Salesforce and other business platforms (e.g., NetSuite, Snowflake)
• Provide training and documentation to internal users and promote dashboard adoption
• Act as Tableau SME across the business - coaching teams on data literacy and self-service best practices
What We're Looking For
• 3-5+ years of Tableau implementation and dashboard development experience
• Tableau Certification(s) required (e.g., Tableau Data Analyst, Server Certified Associate, Consultant, Architect, or Desktop Specialist)
• Deep experience with Salesforce data models and reporting integration
• Strong understanding of CRM metrics, pipeline analytics, and customer lifecycle reporting
• Skilled in translating business questions into data strategy and visualization
• Comfortable working with business and technical stakeholders alike
• Experience with ETL tools or data prep platforms (Tableau Prep, SQL, etc.) is a plus
