• Experience: Minimum 10+ years’ overall professional experience.
• Reporting & Analytics: At least 3+ years in reporting and data analytics.
• Technical Tools: Proficiency in Power BI and Tableau; strong SQL skills for data querying.
• Data Management: Extensive experience in data cleaning, transformation, and management practices.
• Tech Lead Duties: Demonstrated experience leading a team (minimum 3 junior data resources); responsible for ensuring data accuracy, team guidance, and developing actionable insights.
• Reporting Framework: Hands-on experience designing and implementing reporting frameworks aligned with organizational goals.
• Tool Evaluation: Experience evaluating, selecting, and integrating reporting and analytics tools for team use.
• Healthcare Domain: Prior experience in the healthcare industry is required.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with product/business stakeholders to gather requirements and align reporting needs.
