Talent Intelligence Analyst, 2202-1
The Team:
Talent Intelligence is part of the Talent Acquisition team and partners with leaders throughout the company to enable us to recruit, retain and best structure top talent. The Talent Intelligence team serves as consultative partners on critical talent questions. The team leverages external labor market insights to address immediate internal talent priorities, as well as support the development of a robust, research-driven talent strategy.
The Role:
As a Talent Intelligence Analyst, you will leverage your foundational skills in research and problem-solving to support the Talent organization. This role will be dedicated to our Executive Insights practice, a new partnership between Talent Intelligence and Executive Engagement, our internal executive search function.
Key Responsibilities:
Β· Conduct in-depth research to support Talent Intelligence and Executive Engagement initiatives including competitive intelligence gathering and comprehensive market mapping
Β· Prepare clear and concise insights memos to inform hiring leaders of key market trends, talent availability, and competitive landscape
Β· Manage accurate data collection and entry to ensure the integrity of tools and databases that drive talent-related decision-making across the organization
Β· Collaborate with the Executive Engagement team to refine search strategies based on research findings
Β· Stay up to date on new research tools, methodologies, and best practices in executive search and talent research
Skills/Experience:
Β· 3+ years of experience in a client-facing or research role in executive search, HR, consulting, tech, or finance
Β· Strong research, analytical, and organizational skills
Β· Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Β· High attention to detail and a proactive, resourceful approach
