Role description
Title: Tandem/Card Management Developer Location: Remote, USA Long Term Contract. Job Description: β€’ Contribute in all phases of the development lifecycle β€’ Produce well designed, testable, efficient quality code. β€’ Ensure designs are in compliance with specifications. β€’ Prepare and produce releases of software components. β€’ Support continuous improvement and innovation. β€’ Produce quality documentation for the support teams. β€’ Troubleshoot / Diagnose issues and identify appropriate solutions. Must have: β€’ Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Computer Engineering or equivalent experience required. β€’ 7+ years of experience designing, developing and implementing software applications and hands on experience with large scale applications at large institutions with technologies Tandem/ HP Nonstop / COBOL / TAL. β€’ Experience with data replication using Shadowbase or GoldenGate. Nice to have: β€’ Experience with REST APIs β€’ Strong experience on event-based architecture leading strategy, governance, and execution of event-based architecture at large institutions. β€’ Financial services industry experience. β€’ Experience with analytics and performance monitoring. β€’ Knowledge of Test-Driven Development (TDD) and/or Behavior-Driven Development (BDD). β€’ Experience in the day-to-day practicalities of Agile software Product Development Lifecycles such as Scrum, SAFe, DAD, Lean Agile, Kanban, etc.
