Role description
We are looking for a highly experienced Teamcenter AMS Support Developer to join our PLM support team. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in Teamcenter enhancements, CAD integration, and enterprise-level support. This role involves maintaining and improving existing Teamcenter implementations, resolving technical issues, and ensuring seamless integration with CAD and ERP systems. Key Responsibilities:  Provide Level 2/3 support for Teamcenter PLM applications, ensuring high availability and performance.  Develop and maintain custom enhancements including handlers, extensions, SOA services, and RAC plugins.  Support and troubleshoot CAD integrations (NX, SolidWorks) and automation scripts for installation and configuration.  Analyze and resolve issues related to workflows, ACL rules, BMIDE configurations, and user access.  Monitor system health, perform root cause analysis, and implement preventive measures.  Create and maintain documentation for support processes, configurations, and customizations.  Strong programming skills in C/C++, Java, C#, SQL, PowerShell, Python, TCL.  Hands-on experience with BMIDE, SOA services, RAC plugins, and Active Workspace.  Solid understanding of PLM workflows, access control, and enterprise system architecture.
