Teamcenter Architect + Generative AI Specialist Location: Austin, TX or Santa Clara, CA (100% Onsite) We are seeking an experienced Teamcenter Architect with Generative AI expertise to design and implement advanced product lifecycle management solutions enhanced with AI capabilities. This role combines deep Siemens Teamcenter PLM knowledge with practical experience in generative AI technologies to optimize workflows, automate tasks, and enable data-driven decision-making. Key Responsibilities Design, implement, and maintain Teamcenter PLM solutions integrated with generative AI technologies to drive innovation in design, simulation, and manufacturing processes. Gather and analyze business and technical requirements for AI and Teamcenter integrations with stakeholders and business units. Provide technical leadership and expert guidance on Teamcenter deployments and AI integrations ensuring project timelines and budgets are met. Integrate AI capabilities such as NLP, machine learning models, and data analytics into Teamcenter workflows to automate routine tasks and enhance insights. Manage data flow and integrity between Teamcenter and AI platforms to enable real-time analytics and improved decision-making. Identify and implement process improvements using AI-enhanced Teamcenter solutions to boost productivity and efficiency. Deliver training and support to end users on Teamcenter and AI features and functionalities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure successful deployment of AI-augmented Teamcenter solutions. Required Skills & Qualifications 15+ years of experience with Siemens Teamcenter PLM, including modules like BMIDE, workflow development, and change management. 2-3+ years of hands-on experience with generative AI technologies including NLP, data science, and machine learning. Programming proficiency with ITK, C, C++, Java, and scripting languages. Strong database management and server setup/performance tuning skills. Proven problem-solving skills with ability to analyze and resolve complex technical issues. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work with technical and business stakeholders. Experience in project planning, execution, and successful delivery of large-scale PLM and AI projects.
