SKILLS REQUIRED
Primary (Must-Have):
βοΈ 10+ years of dedicated experience as a Teamcenter Business Analyst / Functional Consultant
βοΈ Deep expertise in Teamcenter (TC 14 and above), including advanced Teamcenter Data Model and 2T/4T architecture
βοΈ Strong hands-on functionality of core TC Modules: My Teamcenter, Workflows, Structure Manager, Change Manager, Classification, Report Builder, Query Builder, Access Manager, Product Configurator, and Manufacturing Process Planner (TcMfg)
βοΈ Proven experience in Product Configuration for complex product structures authored from CAD to Teamcenter, including robust management of Options & Variants
βοΈ Solid understanding of CAD Integrations (NX, SWIM, TcAI, IPEM) and standard functional integration of third-party web-based applications
Secondary (Good to Have):
βοΈ Hands-on exposure to Active Workspace Client (AWC) and Electronic Work Instructions (EWI)
βοΈ Good working knowledge of relational databases, specifically MSSQL Server
βοΈ Proficiency in creating functional design assets such as Use Case, State, and Sequence diagrams
βοΈ Strong stakeholder management and the ability to bridge communication gaps between business teams and technical developers
POSITION OVERVIEW
We are seeking an elite, senior-level Teamcenter Business Analyst for an onsite engagement in Fort Worth, TX. Operating at the intersection of business strategy and PLM engineering, this pivotal role requires a seasoned professional to collaborate closely with our core Teamcenter Project Team. The selected candidate will translate complex business requirements into high-value functional scenarios, establishing governance for product configuration, change management, and seamless CAD integration. This architect-level analyst will ensure our Teamcenter 14+ platform operates with peak efficiency, aligning functional capabilities directly with enterprise-level manufacturing goals.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
βοΈ Elicit & Translate Requirements: Partner with business stakeholders to capture needs, converting them into highly detailed functional scenarios, use cases, state diagrams, and sequence diagrams.
βοΈ Own Product Configuration: Architect and govern options and variants for complex product structures across both Teamcenter Manufacturing (TcMfg) and Structure Manager (SM).
βοΈ Govern Change Management: Oversee the end-to-end PLM change implementation lifecycle, managing transitions smoothly from initial Problem Reports (PR) down to complete Change Orders (CO).
βοΈ Drive Integration & CAD Alignment: Oversee alignment with CAD integration suites (NX, SWIM, TcAI, IPEM) alongside web-based third-party integrations to preserve data model integrity.
βοΈ Collaborate & Guide Delivery: Work hand-in-hand with the active Teamcenter Project Team, bridging functional specs with technical configuration/customization to guarantee successful platform deployments.
