Tech Lead Business Intelligence Consultant

Role Description This is a remote contract role for a Tech Lead Business Intelligence Consultant. The role involves leading business intelligence projects, liaising with stakeholders to define requirements, designing and developing BI solutions, and ensuring data accuracy and consistency. Daily tasks include project management, data analysis, troubleshooting BI tools, and providing insights and reports to support decision-making processes. Qualifications • Experience with Business Intelligence tools and software (Tableau, Power BI, etc.) • Strong understanding of data warehousing and ETL processes • Skills in SQL and database management • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting techniques • Excellent project management and stakeholder communication skills • Ability to work independently and remotely • Proven leadership experience in BI projects • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field • Experience in the staffing and workforce solutions industry is a plus
