Tech Lead PowerApps /Power platform Location Woodlands , TX Work Type : Onsite 4 days & 1 day Remote Key Responsibilities: • Design and develop robust, scalable workflows and integrations using Power Automate, PowerApps and Copilot. • Create and maintain Custom Connectors to connect Power Platform with external systems. • Build user-centric PowerApps to support various business functions and automation needs. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, and system owners to understand integration requirements and deliver solutions. • Ensure data integrity, security, and governance in all integrations. • Monitor and optimize the performance of flows and integrations, and troubleshoot issues as needed. • Document integration processes, data mappings, and support guides. • Stay updated with the latest Power Platform features and best practices. Required Qualifications: • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Power Automate, PowerApps. • Experience in programming languages used across Azure, like C#, Python, JavaScript, and PowerShell and MS SQL Server. • Strong understanding of REST APIs, OAuth, and authentication mechanisms. • Experience with .NET and C# for building custom APIs, connectors, or extending Power Platform capabilities. • Ability to analyze complex requirements and translate them into technical solutions. • Experience with Microsoft Data verse and related data modeling concepts. • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Strong communication and documentation skills.
