Role description
About Trivia Untapped
Trivia Untapped is not just trivia — it’s transformation. We build “loyalty engines” that power engagement for restaurants, airports, hotels, and wellness brands through white-labeled trivia and community experiences. We’re scaling fast, building custom ecosystems for enterprise clients, and we need a tech-forward problem-solver to help us connect all the dots behind the scenes.
The Role
We’re looking for a Tech Stack & Integrations Manager — part architect, part builder, part data wizard. You’ll be the technical backbone of our growing ecosystem, responsible for connecting platforms, optimizing workflows, and translating business goals into smart, scalable automations.
You’ll work closely with our Founder and Brand team to evolve our stack — currently including Bitrix24, a community app, a white-labeled trivia platform, Zapier, and Google Looker Studio — into a seamless, data-driven experience. As we grow, you’ll guide us on new integrations, webhooks, and open-source solutions that help Trivia Untapped scale from dozens to hundreds of brand partners.
Key Responsibilities
· Systems Ownership: Manage and optimize Trivia Untapped’s full tech stack — Bitrix24, Bettermode, Zapier, Looker Studio, and other connected platforms.
· Integration & Automation: Build and maintain Zaps, APIs, and webhooks that connect CRM, quizzes, analytics, and community data.
· Data Infrastructure: Design data flow and structure across systems for accurate KPIs, dashboards, and client reporting (SQL and Looker Studio).
· Problem Solving: Troubleshoot system bugs and build scalable, automated solutions to support rapid growth.
· Innovation: Research and recommend new tools or open-source integrations that could improve speed, reporting, or client experience.
· Documentation: Create clear SOPs and integration maps that allow for repeatable implementation as we scale.
· Cross-functional collaboration: Partner with marketing, product, and client success teams to ensure smooth platform operations and data syncs.
Who You Are
You’re fluent in automation tools (Zapier, Make, APIs, webhooks) and comfortable writing light code when integrations need a custom touch (JavaScript, Python, or similar).
You have hands-on experience with SQL and data visualization tools like Google Looker Studio or Power BI.
You’ve managed or integrated systems like CRMs, community apps, learning platforms, or custom client portals.
You think like a systems architect — always optimizing for scalability, clarity, and efficiency.
You can take a messy workflow and turn it into something beautiful, automated, and documented.
You’re curious, growth-minded, and genuinely enjoy exploring new tech.
Nice-to-Have Skills
· Experience with Bitrix24 (or similar CRMs like HubSpot, Zoho, Airtable).
· Familiarity with Bettermode or other embeddable SaaS tools.
· Exposure to open-source development, custom APIs, or no/low-code tool building.
· Basic understanding of UX/UI logic or frontend integrations (HTML/CSS, iframe embedding, etc.).
Why Join Us
Be the architect of the tech that powers a million-dollar loyalty engine.
Work alongside a creative, fast-moving founder with a vision for scale.
