We are seeking an experienced Technical Analyst – Diagnostic & Operational Technologies. The Technical Analyst provides operational support, troubleshooting, testing, and minor upgrade support for diagnostic imaging and ancillary clinical applications within a healthcare environment. This role supports interoperability and workflow continuity between diagnostic systems and core clinical platforms while partnering closely with Epic Radiant teams. This is primarily an operational support role focused on diagnostic application support, issue resolution, interface troubleshooting, and system optimization. Key Responsibilities • Support and troubleshoot diagnostic imaging and ancillary applications • Perform testing, validation, and minor upgrade/project activities • Monitor and troubleshoot HL7 interfaces and data flow issues • Support DICOM workflows and imaging interoperability • Maintain application configurations, access, templates, and security settings • Troubleshoot operational issues impacting diagnostic workflows and data availability • Support data extracts, loads, mappings, and validation activities • Document system configurations, issues, and resolutions • Provide technical support to clinical and operational users • Collaborate with infrastructure, integration, and Epic Radiant teams Supported Technologies • Visage • DynaCAD • Laurel Bridge • mModal Fluency for Imaging (FFI) • Nuance PowerShare Required Qualifications • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field • 3–5+ years of healthcare technical analyst or application support experience • Experience supporting PACS, RIS, or diagnostic imaging applications • DICOM experience required • Basic to moderate HL7 knowledge • Basic to moderate SQL/database querying experience • Experience troubleshooting interfaces and integrations • Familiarity with HIPAA and healthcare data standards • Strong troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills Preferred Qualifications • Hyland Acuo VNA experience • Visage experience • Experience supporting imaging interoperability workflows • Experience working alongside Epic Radiant teams Professionalism at All Times • Appearance: Maintain a professional and polished appearance that aligns with company standards and is appropriate for client-facing situations. • Correspondence: Ensure all communication, both internal and external, is clear, respectful, and aligned with the company’s values and tone. • Company Ambassador: Represent the company with integrity in all interactions, whether in person, via email, or over the phone.
