Role description
Key Responsibilities: β€’ Collaborate with business users, supply chain, manufacturing, and IT teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. β€’ Analyze and troubleshoot item-related issues across ERP systems and integrated platforms (e.g., PDH, PLM). β€’ Support data migration, cleansing, and enrichment activities during ERP upgrades or implementations. β€’ Participate in UAT, system testing, and production deployments related to item data changes. β€’ Work closely with integration teams to ensure seamless data flow between authoring systems and transactional systems. Required Qualifications: β€’ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field. β€’ 5+ years of experience as a Technical Analyst or similar role, with hands-on ERP experience. β€’ Strong understanding of ERP Item Master concepts, including attributes and categories. β€’ Experience with Oracle R12, SAP, or other ERP platforms. β€’ Familiarity with Product Data Hub (PDH), PLM, or MDM systems is a plus. β€’ Experience with Oracle SQL and PLSQL β€’ Strong expertise on the Excel and other Microsoft tools β€’ Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
