Technical Analyst Planview PPM Administrator / SME
Location: 100% Remote (East Coast Time Zone Preferred)
Duration: 12+ Month Contract (Extendable)

• Strong hands-on experience with Planview PPM and Automart.

• Strong communication skills with ability to interact with stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities
• Administer, configure, and support the Planview PPM platform within an enterprise PMO environment.
• Provide subject matter expertise across Planview PPM Pro, AgilePlace, Hub, ANVIL, ICP, Roadmaps, and Automate solutions.
• Extract, analyze, and validate data from Automart using advanced SQL queries.
• Support reporting and analytics requirements by developing dashboards and reports using Power BI or similar tools.
• Translate business requirements into scalable portfolio and project management solutions.
• Configure Planview workflows, processes, and automation capabilities.
• Support portfolio, project, resource, and demand management processes.
• Manage Planview Hub integrations and ensure accurate data synchronization.
• Develop and maintain roadmap reporting and portfolio visibility solutions.
• Support AgilePlace (Kanban) implementation and administration.
• Perform data analysis, troubleshooting, and issue resolution within the Planview ecosystem.
• Collaborate with PMO stakeholders, business teams, and technical teams to gather requirements.
• Provide recommendations for process improvements and workflow optimization.
• Support enterprise PMO governance initiatives and tool adoption.
• Document configurations, processes, and operational procedures.
Experience
Required Qualifications
• 2 5 years of experience as a Technical Analyst, Systems Analyst, or Planview Administrator.
• Hands-on experience supporting enterprise Planview implementations.
• Experience working within Portfolio Management / PMO environments.
