Job Description:
We are looking for a detail oriented and skilled Technical Analyst to join our team In this role you will be instrumental in supporting our Corporate systems during a significant merger Your technical expertise will be crucial in ensuring the seamless integration of technology platforms optimizing system performance and maintaining business continuity
Mandatory Skills : Architectural diagrams, Architecture Patterns and Styles, SOA and Microservices Based Architecture, Software Engineering and Design Architecture
Good to Have Skills : CI/CD Architecture
Project Scope Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze and document technical requirements for the integration of Corporate systems during the merger
• Responsible for facilitating the high level design dependency mapping estimation planning and orchestration of solutions including defining highlevel epics and user stories
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure alignment of technology solutions
• Assist in the mapping and migration of data between applications ensuring data integrity and security
• Identify and troubleshoot technical issues related to merger and technology integration
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize system testing performance and reliability throughout SDLC
• Provide technical support and guidance to team members and stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices
• Monitor and report on the progress of technology integration projects facilitating escalations when needed
• Conduct gap analysis on migration applications capabilities and workflows to identify delivery scope
• Act as a technical subject matter expert SME between various Line of Business partners and external software vendors
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in technical analysis and project support preferably in the banking or financial services industry
• Strong understanding of Corporate systems and their role in supporting business operations
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced dynamic environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology Management Information Systems Business Technology or a related field advanced degree preferred
