Role description
About Trivia Untapped / Loyalty Untapped Trivia Untapped (operating under our enterprise brand, Loyalty Untapped) builds modern loyalty systems for hospitality and experience-driven brands. We design and operate repeatable engagement engines powered by games, data, and automation—used across dozens of locations and scaling rapidly. Our internal tech stack is the backbone of that growth. From CRMs and dashboards to automations and structured data, our systems must be clean, accurate, and reliable at all times. This role exists to protect that standard and help us scale without breaking. About the Role We’re hiring a Technical Assistant to support the day-to-day execution of our technical operations—spreadsheets, databases, automations, dashboards, forms, and internal systems. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on accuracy, structure, and momentum. You’ll work inside established tools and workflows to keep systems clean, automations running, and data trustworthy. You won’t be designing systems or defining metrics—but you will be essential to keeping everything functioning smoothly and consistently. If you love following clear instructions, catching small issues before they become big problems, and working at a fast pace with shifting priorities, this role will feel very satisfying. Compensation Structure — Revenue Share This role is compensated via a revenue share model, not hourly pay. Instead of trading time for dollars, you earn a percentage of the company’s revenue—meaning your compensation grows as the company grows. This structure aligns incentives across the team and rewards consistency, reliability, and long-term contribution. What this means in practice: You earn recurring income tied to company performance Your work compounds over time rather than resetting each pay period Compensation increases naturally as systems scale and revenue expands This role is ideal for someone who values long-term upside, stable systems-based work, and being part of a growing operation where their execution directly supports scale. Exact revenue share percentages and payment cadence are discussed during the interview process and documented clearly before onboarding. Core Responsibilities Data & Spreadsheet Management Standardize and maintain spreadsheets (formatting, column naming, validation rules) Clean, update, and QA structured data in Google Sheets, Excel, and databases Perform accurate imports, exports, and bulk updates Automation Monitoring & Support Monitor live Zapier automations to ensure they are running correctly Identify failures, delays, or unexpected behavior and escalate promptly Perform basic troubleshooting (task replays, input/output checks) Assist with testing and QA of new or updated automations Dashboards & Reporting Support Build and maintain dashboards using provided templates Connect dashboards to approved data sources (spreadsheets, CRM, databases) Validate that metrics, filters, and visualizations populate correctly Keep dashboards aligned as data structures evolve Flag data integrity or reporting issues for review Note: Dashboard templates, metrics, and definitions are provided. This role focuses on implementation, upkeep, and accuracy—not analytics strategy. HTML & Content Placement Place HTML snippets into specified platforms exactly as instructed Verify formatting and functionality after placement Follow documentation carefully to avoid layout or logic issues Forms & Documents Build and maintain forms (Airtable, Google Forms, CRM-based forms) Create and update structured documents and templates Ensure forms and documents align with data standards and workflows CRM & Systems Support Work inside CRMs to update records, pipelines, tasks, and tags Enforce standardized naming conventions and statuses Bitrix24 experience is a plus, but not required Process Adherence & Quality Control Follow SOPs, checklists, and technical documentation precisely Monitor systems for data integrity and automation health Document issues, fixes, and recurring problems clearly for review Required Skills & Experience Strong comfort with spreadsheets and structured data Hands-on experience with Zapier Experience with Airtable or similar database tools Familiarity with CRMs (Bitrix24 preferred, not required) Basic experience building or maintaining dashboards from templates Basic comfort placing HTML (no development required) Technical literacy includes: Understanding how tools integrate Following logic flows Troubleshooting using logs and error messages Personal traits: Exceptional attention to detail and consistency Ability to follow instructions exactly and escalate when needed Comfort working quickly while adjusting priorities Nice-to-Have (Not Required) Bitrix24 BI or Looker Studio experience Experience supporting sales or operations dashboards Background as a technical VA, systems assistant, or operations coordinator Experience monitoring live automations in production Familiarity with data QA or reporting validation What Success Looks Like Spreadsheets and databases stay clean, standardized, and reliable Automation issues are caught early and escalated appropriately Dashboards populate correctly and remain aligned with templates Forms and HTML placements work exactly as intended The Tech Stack & Integrations Manager can focus on system design—not routine execution Working Style & Expectations Clear, concise written communication High reliability and follow-through Comfort with structured, repeatable technical work Proactive about flagging issues rather than guessing Able to work independently within defined processes Who This Role Is NOT For This role is not a good fit if you: Prefer designing systems rather than executing them Get bored with repeatable, detail-heavy work Dislike documentation, checklists, or SOPs Tend to “wing it” instead of following instructions exactly Need constant direction or approval to move forward Are looking for a traditional hourly or salaried role This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys precision, consistency, and being the person who keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes. To Apply Please include: Your experience with Zapier, spreadsheets, and CRMs Any experience with dashboards or reporting tools The technical tools you’ve worked in regularly Pay: $75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year Benefits: Flexible schedule Work Location: Remote
