Technical Business Analyst (Datacentre and Cloud Migration)
Rate- £525/ day outside ir35 contract
Duration- 6 months
Location- London - Fully remote/ Work from home
The role is to do the discovery phase of a large datacentre migration/ integration and consolidation due to a merger.
• Experience as a Technical Business Analyst on applications discovery (what apps are sitting in the data center and what size we can move other end), map the AS-IS processes, and define the TO-BE process.
• Server side and storage: map the AS-IS processes and define the TO-BE process.
• Cloud Migration: Experience with Azure to AWS migrations
• Experience of mergers against TSA (Transitional Service Agreement) is important
• Experience in capturing business requirements and shaping work packages.
• Experience with Agile ways of working (SAFe, SCRUM)
• Experienced in BPMN/ UML, GAP / SWOT analysis
• Familiarity with both agile and waterfall delivery methodologies and the ability to articulate the differences in the approaches, tools, responsibilities, and deliverables as a business analyst in either methodology.
