Job Title: Technical Business Systems Analyst 3
Location: Nashville, TN β Hybrid (1 day onsite weekly through 2025, onsite full-time beginning Q1 2026)
Duration: 12 months
Pay Rate:
$41/hr (W2) or $46/hr (C2C)
Summary:
The Technical Business Systems Analyst 3 will support the Financial Products Division, Information Services team. This position focuses on gathering and analyzing business and technical requirements, creating user stories, and supporting Salesforce-related projects in a fast-paced Agile environment. The role requires hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Experience Cloud, along with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
β’ Gather and translate requirements from business units to technical specifications.
β’ Create detailed user stories for API calls, batch jobs, and integrations.
β’ Conduct business process analysis to identify automation and optimization opportunities.
β’ Coordinate system integration and testing efforts.
β’ Collaborate with developers, QA testers, and cross-functional partners to ensure alignment.
β’ Support Agile ceremonies, status updates, and sprint planning sessions.
β’ Consult with management and clients to ensure system principles and workflow goals are met.
β’ Prepare ROI and cost-benefit analyses to guide system implementation decisions.
β’ Modify or expand systems to meet evolving business needs.
Typical Day & Interaction with Team:
β’ Participate in daily standups and Agile ceremonies.
β’ Write user stories and define test requirements.
β’ Work in a collaborative environment with a team of approximately 20 members.
β’ Report directly to the team lead and work director.
β’ Primarily office-based, with flexibility on start and end times (8amβ5pm).
Qualifications (Required):
β’ Bachelorβs degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related technical field.
β’ 5β7 years of experience in business systems analysis or similar roles.
β’ Certified Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist and Marketing Cloud Administrator (certification numbers must be listed on resume and verified via Salesforce Trailhead).
β’ Strong experience gathering business requirements and testing Salesforce systems.
β’ Experience writing complex user stories (API calls, batch jobs).
β’ Proficiency with Agile methodology.
β’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Qualifications (Desired):
β’ Experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud.
β’ Prior work within the financial sector.
β’ MBA or other related advanced degree.Soft Skills Required:
β’ Ability to clearly communicate both technical and business concepts.
β’ Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
β’ Self-starter who can work independently and as part of a team.
