Role description
The Senior Business Analyst will play a key role in a major Salesforce CRM integration project, consolidating two Salesforce systems into a single, unified CRM platform. This role requires a strong background in workflow and process optimization, hands-on experience in functional system integration, and expertise in data mapping and migration from legacy systems to cloud-based environments. The analyst should be proficient in Agile methodologies, writing detailed user stories, and documenting processes to ensure seamless system integration and operational efficiency.
RESPONSIBILITIE
β’ SLead business analysis efforts for the consolidation of two Salesforce CRM systems into one unified platform
β’ .Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to CRM functionality, data migration, and process workflows
β’ .Develop process maps, Visio diagrams, and procedural workflows to support the integration effort
β’ .Facilitate data mapping, data integration, and migration activities from legacy systems to Salesforce
β’ .Collaborate with stakeholders to identify decision points and optimize business processes across teams
β’ .Partner with technical teams to ensure functional requirements align with system capabilities
β’ .Support the sunsetting of legacy CRM systems and smooth transition to the integrated Salesforce platform
β’ .Maintain documentation in Jira for traceability and alignment with business goals
β’ .Work closely with Agile teams, product owners, and developers to deliver integration milestones on time
β’ .Facilitate cross-functional workshops to address workflow, data, and integration challenges
β’ .Provide insights and recommendations to improve operational efficiency and data accuracy

REQUIRED EXPERIEN
β’ CE5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a strong focus on CRM system integration and process optimizatio
β’ n.Proven experience with Salesforce CRM (functional/business side) in system consolidation or large-scale integration project
β’ s.Expertise in data mapping, data integration, and migrating from legacy systems to cloud platform
β’ s.Proficiency in Agile methodologies, including working within 2-week sprints and writing user storie
β’ s.Hands-on experience with Jira for documentation and workflow trackin
β’ g.Strong understanding of process modeling tools like Visio or simila
