Technical Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements for cable-related initiatives • Translate business needs into detailed functional and technical specifications • Support cable operational workflows including provisioning, activation, billing, and service assurance • Perform end-to-end process analysis to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities • Work closely with architects and development teams to ensure solutions align with business and technical goals • Conduct data analysis and validation using SQL • Create and maintain user stories, acceptance criteria, and product backlogs in Agile environments • Facilitate requirement workshops, stakeholder meetings, and technical discussions • Support UAT planning, test case reviews, and defect triage • Maintain documentation such as BRDs, FRDs, process flows, and system diagrams • Ensure adherence to cable industry standards and best practices • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience Required Skills • Strong experience in the Cable domain, • Expertise in: Business requirements gathering, Process mapping & gap analysis and Functional documentation • Hands-on experience with OSS/BSS systems (provisioning, activation, billing, service assurance) • Ability to convert business needs into technical specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and validation • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
