Technical Business Analyst

Swoon's largest Manufacturing client is seeking a seasoned Technical Business Analyst with excellent experience gathering business requirements in Salesforce, while communicating technical and business concepts to internal teams and stakeholders. Role Details: Contract Duration: 12 months w/potential extension Schedule: ONSITE in Nashville office, Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm CST Responsibilities: • Gather requirements from business units and translate those to programmers and developers. • Write complex user stories (API calls, Batch jobs). • Interview or survey workers, observe job performance or perform the job to determine what information is processed and how it is processed. • Analyze science, engineering, business and all other data processing problems for application to electronic data processing systems. • Responsible for analyzing user requirements, procedures and problems to automate or improve existing systems and review computer system capabilities, workflow and scheduling limitations. Qualifications: • Experience with Salesforce (gathering business requirements and testing) with the ability to communicate technical and business concepts. • At least 5 years of experience as well as a Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering or related field required. MBA or other related advanced degree preferred. • Salesforce Marketing Cloud Expertise: Certified as a Marketing Cloud Email Specialist and Marketing Cloud Administrator, with hands-on experience in campaign automation, audience segmentation, and platform configuration to deliver personalized, data-driven customer engagement. • Ideal candidate is certified as a Marketing Cloud Email Specialist and Marketing Cloud Administrator.
