Key Requirements:
• Must have hands-on Tech development background in Java or .NET
• Strong SQL skills for data validation and analysis
• Experience working as a Business Analyst in Banking (Payments, Lending, Core Banking, Cards, etc.)
• Ability to gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements
• Experience working with development teams, architects, and business stakeholders
• Strong understanding of banking workflows and system integrations
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodology
Nice to Have:
• Knowledge of APIs, integrations, microservices
• Experience with JIRA, Confluence, Visio
• Background in regulatory or compliance projects
