Technical Business Analyst

About the Role We are seeking a Technical Business Analyst to drive data-driven initiatives and bridge the gap between engineering and business teams. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong SQL and analytics expertise with the ability to translate complex technical insights into clear business value, particularly within domains such as real estate or title insurance. What You’ll Do • Lead and support data analytics initiatives across cross-functional teams • Translate technical data insights into business-friendly narratives for stakeholders • Partner closely with business teams to understand requirements and deliver actionable insights • Write and optimize complex SQL queries to extract, analyze, and validate data • Build and maintain data models, dashboards, and reporting frameworks • Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and scalability • Drive data-driven decision-making across programs and initiatives • Support program execution by aligning technical solutions with business goals What We’re Looking For • Strong technical background with a focus on data analytics and data-driven solutions • Advanced SQL skills (must-have) • Proven ability to translate technical concepts into business language • Experience working closely with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills • Experience in real estate, title insurance, or related domains is highly preferred About Brickred Systems: Brickred Systems is a global leader in next-generation technology, consulting, and business process service companies.
