Minimum recent 5+ years experience as Technical Business Analyst
Strong Banking Capital Market experience
Overall IT experience 8 years
Location- Canary Wharf London (Hybrid 2 to3 days in a week in office)
Contract - Fixed term for 1 year (possibility to convert into permanent with client)
Domain Expertise
Strong understanding of Capital Markets (equities, fixed income, derivatives, FX, or commodities)
Familiarity with trade lifecycle, market data, pricing, and risk management
Technical Skills
Proficiency in SQL (complex queries, joins, performance tuning)
Experience with MongoDB (document data modelling, querying, aggregation pipelines)
Understanding of data structures, ETL processes, and system integrations
Exposure to APIs, microservices architecture, or cloud platforms is a plus
Business Analysis
Strong skills in requirements gathering, stakeholder management, and documentation
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
Ability to translate business problems into technical solutions
