Technical Business Analyst – Cloud Migration Specialist (Contract) We are seeking a contract Technical Business Analyst to join our dynamic team and drive the successful migration of an on-premises digital fax infrastructure to a cloud based digital fax provider. This pivotal role requires a blend of technical expertise, analytical skills, and stakeholder management to ensure a smooth transition while minimizing disruption to business operations .The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of both on-premises and cloud based digital fax platforms, database technologies, Windows Server administration, cloud technologies, data migration processes, and experience working with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and cost-effective solutions .About Concord Technologies : Headquartered in Seattle, Washington, Concord Technologies is one of the largest healthcare information and data transmission hubs, handling billions of documents each year. Position Requirem ents:Technical S • killsSolid understanding of cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, e • tc.).Background in secure messaging and data exchange such as Microsoft Exchange(365), SMTP Servers, FTP Servers, and EMR Sy • stemsFamiliarity with data migration tools, techniques, and methodolo • gies.Proficiency in analyzing and documenting complex IT systems and business proce • sses.Foundational knowledge of enterprise fax telecommunications technology from POTS to T1s and SIP Trunks and cloud based telep • hony.Experience with server virtualization, storage systems, and networking conc • epts.Deep domain expertise with Windows Servers including performance monitoring, registry management, domain policies, PowerShell, active directory and federated user manage • ment.Deep domain expertise with On-Premise fax providers such as OpenText/Rig • htFaxExperience with MS SQL Server, T-SQL, SQL queries, and repo • rtingKnowledge of the way enterprise organizations integrate fax technology into their business applicat • ions.Deep domain expertise with Cloud Fax providers such as Concord Technolo gies.Analytical & Communication S • killsStrong problem-solving skills and ability to translate technical concepts into business lang • uage.Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on stakeholder engage • ment.Adept at identifying potential risks and proposing effective mitigation strate gies.Exper • ienceBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or relevant experience in a related f • ield.3+ years of experience in technical business analysis or IT project management, with a focus on cloud migra • tion.Proven track record of successfully delivering cloud migration projects within budget and timel ines.Certifications (Preferred but not requ • ired)AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner or Solutions Arch • itectMicrosoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals or Azure Administrator Asso • ciateCertified Business Analysis Professional ( CBAP) Compensation Range: $75.00+ per hour.
