Technical Business Analyst/ Data Architect

Akkodis is seeking an Technical Business Analyst/ Data Architect in Chicago IL 60606(Hybrid). Ideally, looking for someone who has minimum of 6+ years of experience in business analysis and data architecture roles. Rate Range: $70/hour -$72/hour on W2; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors. Responsibilities: • Work closely with cross-functional teams and leadership stakeholders. • Lead and support project implementation from requirements through delivery • Engage stakeholders to gather, document, and translate business requirements into technical solutions • Analyze and understand end-to-end data flows and system integrations. • Support data modeling, data querying, and data validation activities. • Ensure alignment between business needs and data architecture/design. Required Skills & Experience Senior-level Technical BA with strong data architecture and data analysis expertise. • Strong technical business analysis background. • Solid understanding of data architecture, data flows, and data modeling. • Hands-on experience with data querying (SQL or similar tools) • Proven ability to manage and support implementation of projects. • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. • Will support and enhance Loyalty Systems (loyalty experience is a plus, not mandatory). • Hands-on role requiring both strategic thinking and execution.
