Job Title: Technical Business Analyst - (GitHub/Nexus/Sonatype/CI/CD/Jenkins/Monitoring/logging/banking/finance/SQL)
Location: Sheffield, UK (Hybrid – 3 days in office, 2 days remote)
Job Description:
• Gather, document, and validate business and technical requirements across large, matrixed organisations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, providing clear communication and building strong working relationships.
• Support DevOps-related initiatives including CI/CD, deployment tooling, monitoring, and logging.
• Analyse and improve process flows, identifying opportunities for automation and optimisation.
• Troubleshoot incidents, identify root causes, and deliver effective solutions.
• Work independently with a proactive, ownership-driven approach to ensure timely delivery.
