Role description
Our client, a leading organization in the technology and systems development sector, is seeking a Technical Business Analyst to join their team. As a Technical Business Analyst, you will be part of the Business Analysis and Systems Support teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical thinking, effective communication, and adaptability, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Technical Business Analyst Location: Chicago, IL Pay Range What's the Job? • Create and implement detailed management plans for various projects, ensuring transparent communication at all levels. • Perform, evaluate, and communicate quality assurance activities throughout the systems development lifecycle. • Determine and develop user requirements for systems in production to maximize usability and efficiency. • Partner with cross-functional teams across business units such as sales, finance, security, and compliance to develop analysis and documentation collaboratively. • Evaluate, analyze, and communicate system requirements continuously, maintaining system processes and delivering monthly status reports. What's Needed? • At least 5 years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst or in a similar systems development role. • Technical proficiency with Azure DevOps (ADO) and Jira, with a solid understanding of technical language and concepts. • Experience with backend development (.NET hosted on AWS) and front-end development (Native iOS, Swift UI). • Strong knowledge of the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and ability to articulate technical information clearly. • Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging both technical and non-technical stakeholders effectively.
