Technical Business Analyst

Local W2 Candidates ONLY Please......We Cannot Use Corp to Corp C2C for this position Long Term Contract to Hire - Hybrid schedule of 2-3 days in office Rate: $48-52/hr. W2 hourly with benefits/PTO Technical Business Analyst-- • 5+ Yeaars of Business Analyst experience • Requirements Gathering and User Stories • API Testing with Postman • XML • SQL experience • AWS experience is a plus! Responsibilities Business Analyst (SQL, API, XML, Technical) - with manual testing - our BAs do manual testing too. For this role, API testing would be required. And client-facing/stakeholder experience is needed. Must have strong API Testing, SQL, and XML experience, in addition to traditional IT business analysis (requirements gathering/User Stories) experience PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS 1. Finds creative ways to proceed on a task if it’s not clear (for example, doesn’t sit on their hands if stuck) 1. Detailed and organized 1. Comfortable writing documentation and processes 1. Comfortable writing stories and helping manage the work itself 1. Jumps in to fill gaps as they are uncovered 1. Understands how they add value to the group beyond “being the middleman between IT and the business” 1. Works well in a remote or hybrid position with nearshore developers + a core group in STL
