Technical Business Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Business Analyst with deep expertise in Veeva Vault RIM. This role requires a candidate with a strong technical mindset who can bridge the gap between business needs and technical implementation within a GxP-regulated environment. Key Responsibilities: • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, define, and prioritize business requirements and user stories. • Author clear, concise documentation including requirements, process flows, and use cases. • Analyze and define business processes to support Regulatory Information Management (RIM) objectives. • Support solution design by translating business needs into functional and technical requirements. • Interpret configuration specifications, security models, and permission sets within Veeva Vault RIM. • Ensure documentation and system configurations align with GxP compliance and validation standards. • Partner with cross-functional teams including QA, IT, and business leads to support solution deployment and change management. Required Skills & Experience: • 5+ years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst in a life sciences or regulated environment. • Strong hands-on experience with Veeva Vault RIM; certification preferred. • Deep understanding of validated systems, GxP processes, and associated documentation standards. • Technical aptitude with ability to read and interpret configuration specifications and system security models. • Proven experience authoring business requirements, functional specs, and user stories. • Excellent communication skills and ability to work closely with stakeholders across business and IT. • Veeva Vault Certification (RIM or general Vault modules).
