HI, Send your resume to Dilip@cloudingest.com Technical Business Analyst Alpharetta, GA (Day 1 onsite, and 5 days per week in the office) Looking for W2 (GC or USC) Client: Direct Role overview β€’ Technical Business Analyst for Back Office & Settlement development within Merchant Solutions. β€’ Acts as requirements engineer with strong IT, problem-solving, and communication skills. β€’ Drives requirements definition and execution across multiple stakeholder groups. β€’ Designs repeatable processes for requirements gathering, facilitation, and documentation. Key Responsibilities 1. Requirement Assessment & Definition β€’ Analyze business needs and perform gap analysis. β€’ Knowledge of Payment Acquiring Services business model and Settlement services is critical. β€’ Define future-state business architecture and represent it via business/system process flows. 1. Requirement Gathering β€’ Gather business and technical/functional requirements for SDLC phases. β€’ Schedule and facilitate requirement elicitation sessions with internal/external resources. β€’ Identify gaps, impacts, and requirements across impacted areas. β€’ Interpret functional & non-functional requirements in multiple formats (written, oral, diagram, schedule). β€’ Apply mathematical concepts to practical scenarios. 1. Requirement Documentation β€’ Create and manage business requirement collateral for each SDLC stage. 1. Requirement Support, Management & Communication β€’ Modify requirements through amendments/variances for scope changes. β€’ Support integration testing to ensure specs meet business needs. β€’ Lead knowledge-sharing sessions and present information comprehensively. β€’ Respond effectively to IT, product owners, and internal/external client queries. β€’ Demonstrate strong organization, time management, listening, communication, and attention to detail. Basic Qualifications β€’ Proficiency with tools: JIRA, Tableau, Confluence, Clarity, MS Office. β€’ 8+ years related IT experience. β€’ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience. β€’ In-depth knowledge of application development technologies, tools, methodologies, and industry. β€’ Ability to handle complex processes, systems, and projects. β€’ Self-starter with excellent organizational and communication skills. Preferred Skills & Experience β€’ Deep knowledge of application development technologies, methodologies, and merchant acquiring industry. β€’ Experience with transaction processing and monetary settlement technology , Payment technology projects. β€’ Exposure to technical projects involving compliance release cycles with credit payment networks (Mastercard, Visa, Amex, Discover) and debit networks (Maestro, Interlink, accel etc) Thanks, Dilip Kumar
