Role description
Job Title: Senior Technical Business Systems Analyst (BSA) Location: Hybrid (Onsite Tues–Thurs) Start Date: ASAP Priority: High Overview: We are seeking a Senior Technical Business Systems Analyst to support Portal and Front Office Systems (FOS) initiatives. The ideal candidate is a strong Agile BSA with deep SDLC experience who can own requirements end-to-end, manage scope, and effectively engage executive stakeholders. Healthcare experience is highly preferred. Key Responsibilities: β€’ Author complete business and functional requirement documents end-to-end β€’ Elicit, analyze, and manage requirements while acting as a steward of project scope β€’ Create user stories, process flows, and workflow diagrams using tools such as Visio β€’ Facilitate workshops and collaborate with business, technical, and executive stakeholders β€’ Ensure full requirement traceability and artifact management in Azure DevOps or similar tools β€’ Support Agile/Scrum delivery across the full SDLC lifecycle β€’ Work with APIs, web services, data migration, EDI, and system integrations β€’ Contribute to portal, enrollment, member experience, and customer service solutions Required Qualifications: β€’ 7+ years of Business Systems Analyst experience β€’ 5+ years of SDLC experience and Agile/Scrum delivery β€’ 5+ years working closely with executive stakeholders β€’ Proven experience authoring comprehensive requirement documentation β€’ Strong experience in scope management and artifact governance β€’ Experience with Visio or similar workflow/process modeling tools β€’ Proficiency with Azure DevOps, MS Office, and Microsoft Teams β€’ Comfortable working in a remote/hybrid environment using tools such as Citrix or similar Soft Skills: β€’ Outstanding written and verbal communication skills β€’ Confident communicator, facilitator, and stakeholder partner β€’ Proactive, adaptable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment β€’ Comfortable presenting and participating in video-based meetings β€’ Collaborative, ownership-driven, and effective in hybrid work settings Preferred: β€’ Healthcare industry experience (strongly preferred)
