Technical Business Analyst

Job Title: Technical Business Analyst Contract Duration: 8+ Months Work Location: 100% Remote W2 ROLE Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Technical Business Analyst to join our team on an 8+ month contract, fully remote. The successful candidate will be responsible for the maintenance, support, and quality assurance of various Business Intelligence (BI) – Supply Chain solutions. This role requires a strong understanding of solution architecture, business context, data requirements, and end-to-end solution workflows to meet customer needs effectively. Key Responsibilities: • Manage multiple requests simultaneously while tracking deadlines effectively. • Take initiative and ownership of tasks to ensure timely completion. • Identify and suggest areas for process improvement. • Understand and analyze business needs to provide data-driven insights. • Troubleshoot dashboards and queries to resolve user-reported issues. • Develop, review, and test SQL queries and data models to ensure accuracy and functionality. • Draft clear release notes, engineering test cases, and support documentation. • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively across multiple geographies. • Demonstrate curiosity and excitement in learning and working with new technologies (e.g., web applications, generative AI). • Handle large datasets with accuracy and attention to detail.
