Job Title: Technical Business Analyst
Contract Duration: 8+ Months
Work Location: 100% Remote

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Technical Business Analyst to join our team on an 8+ month contract, fully remote. The successful candidate will be responsible for the maintenance, support, and quality assurance of various Business Intelligence (BI) β Supply Chain solutions. This role requires a strong understanding of solution architecture, business context, data requirements, and end-to-end solution workflows to meet customer needs effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
β’ Manage multiple requests simultaneously while tracking deadlines effectively.
β’ Take initiative and ownership of tasks to ensure timely completion.
β’ Identify and suggest areas for process improvement.
β’ Understand and analyze business needs to provide data-driven insights.
β’ Troubleshoot dashboards and queries to resolve user-reported issues.
β’ Develop, review, and test SQL queries and data models to ensure accuracy and functionality.
β’ Draft clear release notes, engineering test cases, and support documentation.
β’ Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively across multiple geographies.
β’ Demonstrate curiosity and excitement in learning and working with new technologies (e.g., web applications, generative AI).
β’ Handle large datasets with accuracy and attention to detail.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
β’ Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
β’ Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
β’ Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
β’ Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and Microsoft Office Suite.
β’ Experience with Business Intelligence platforms (e.g., Tableau) and data visualization tools.
β’ Strong SQL/BigQuery skills for querying and troubleshooting large datasets.
β’ Familiarity with Agile methodologies and practices.
β’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
