Technical Business Analyst

Akkodis is seeking a Technical Business Analyst for a Contract job with a client in Chandler, AZ/Charlotte, NC (Hybrid). Ideally looking for applicants with a solid background in the financial services industry. Rate Range: $40/hour to $45/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors. Overview: Translates business needs into technical solutions by analyzing complex data, defining system requirements, and collaborating with both technical and business teams to ensure successful implementation and system integration. Key responsibilities include gathering and documenting requirements, creating technical specifications and user stories, performing data analysis, and providing technical support throughout the project lifecycle. They identify areas for improvement, mitigate technology risks, and help ensure that technology investments align with organizational goals. Critical analysis skills with ability to communicate with partners and extract relevant information to fully understand requirements. Strong mix of analytical and technical knowledge to translate requirements into deliverables. Exceptional interpersonal skills to communicate with all levels seniority and technical abilities. Project Management skills with ability to prioritize requirements. Exposure to delivering in a large, complex corporate environment.
