Key requirements:
• 5+ years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, or Technical Product Manager
• Strong experience with APIs, system integrations, and enterprise applications
• Expertise in gathering requirements, BRDs, PRDs, user stories, and Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Experience with SQL and data analysis
• Preferred: Contact Center/CCaaS platforms (Genesys Cloud), CRM integrations, AI/LLM solutions, and platform modernization projects
