Experience with business intelligence tools Preferred but not mandatory, Power BI and/or MSCRM (or any other CRM.)… Job Summary We are seeking a Technical Business Analyst with strong SQL and data analysis capabilities, who can bridge business needs with data-driven solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience in business analysis, reporting, and working with data contracts, along with strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Key Responsibilities • Translate business requirements into data-driven solutions and technical requirements • Perform data mining, aggregation, and analysis using SQL • Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytical outputs using BI tools • Define and implement data contracts to support scalable data solutions • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, clarify data needs, and drive decisions • Analyze and interpret complex datasets to identify trends, insights, and opportunities • Work with engineering/data teams on data warehouse and reporting solutions • Ensure data quality, validation, and consistency across datasets • Drive continuous improvement and best practices in data analysis Must-Have Skills • Strong experience in Business Analysis & Stakeholder Management • Solid SQL skills for querying, analyzing, and manipulating data • Experience building reports and dashboards as a Business Analyst • Understanding of data contracts and data modeling concepts • Exposure to data warehousing concepts • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work in cross-functional and distributed teams Core Requirements • Knowledge of querying and analyzing data using SQL (advanced SQL can be learned on the job) • Understanding of data warehousing concepts • Curious mindset with strong analytical and critical thinking skills • Ability to ask the right questions and identify knowledge gaps • Interest in leveraging AI tools (Copilot, Claude, Rovo) in workflows Required: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field This role is open to W2 or those seeking Corp-Corp employment.
