📢 Now Hiring: Enterprise Business Analyst 📍 Location: Atlanta, GA 🏢 Work Arrangement: Hybrid (1 Day Onsite Per Week) ⏳ Duration: 12-Month Contract 🎯 Interview: Webcam Screening + In-Person Final Interview ⚠️ Local Atlanta, GA Candidates Only Preferred ⚠️ Must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card Holder We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Business Analyst to support enterprise IT initiatives, technology procurements, system implementations, and business process improvement projects. This role requires a strong background in requirements gathering, process analysis, stakeholder engagement, SDLC methodologies, and IT procurement support. Key Responsibilities ✅ Gather, analyze, document, and manage business, functional, technical, and data requirements ✅ Facilitate stakeholder interviews, workshops, and JAD sessions ✅ Develop AS-IS and TO-BE process documentation, workflows, and business process models ✅ Create user stories, use cases, functional specifications, wireframes, screen mockups, and system interaction diagrams ✅ Support IT procurement activities including Statements of Work (SOW), vendor documentation, and solicitation packages ✅ Collaborate with project managers, architects, developers, QA teams, and business stakeholders ✅ Maintain requirements traceability throughout the project lifecycle ✅ Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), validation, and implementation activities ✅ Assist with project planning, task estimation, status reporting, and stakeholder coordination Required Qualifications ✔ 5+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst supporting IT projects, system implementations, or technology procurements ✔ Strong knowledge of business process analysis methodologies and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) ✔ Experience facilitating stakeholder meetings, workshops, and requirements sessions ✔ Expertise in documenting AS-IS & TO-BE processes and developing UI mockups ✔ Strong experience creating workflow diagrams, business process flows, use cases, and functional specifications ✔ Experience developing Statements of Work (SOW) and procurement-related documentation ✔ Strong communication, presentation, facilitation, negotiation, and analytical skills ✔ Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment Preferred Skills ⭐ Experience supporting IT procurement and vendor management activities ⭐ Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or Hybrid project methodologies ⭐ Experience with enterprise system implementations and business transformation initiatives 📧 Interested candidates, please send your updated resume to vkatta@radiants.com #BusinessAnalyst #EnterpriseBusinessAnalyst #ITBusinessAnalyst #AtlantaJobs #HybridJobs #RequirementsGathering #SDLC #Agile #Waterfall #BusinessProcessAnalysis #ITProcurement #SystemImplementation #UAT #HiringNow #ContractJobs #AtlantaGA
