Role description
POSITION SUMMARY: We are seeking a Technical Business Analyst with strong experience in Salesforce ecosystems, specifically Agentforce, Digital Engagement, and OmniStudio, to support the delivery of intelligent, customer-facing solutions. In this role, you will act as the critical bridge between business stakeholders and engineering teamsβ€”translating complex business needs into clear, actionable requirements that drive the development of AI-powered and automated solutions. You will also leverage AI-assisted tools to enhance requirements gathering, documentation, and testing processes, ensuring speed, accuracy, and quality across the delivery lifecycle. Key Responsibilities β€’ Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for solutions built on Agentforce, Digital Engagement, and OmniStudio β€’ Translate business needs into clear user stories, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria β€’ Collaborate closely with stakeholders, Product Owners, and engineering teams to ensure alignment on scope and priorities β€’ Support the design and documentation of AI-driven workflows and autonomous agent interactions β€’ Utilize AI-assisted tools to accelerate: β€’ Requirements documentation β€’ Test case creation β€’ Validation of business scenarios β€’ Create and maintain process flows, use cases, and solution documentation β€’ Participate in UAT (User Acceptance Testing), ensuring solutions meet business expectations β€’ Continuously refine requirements based on feedback in Agile or hybrid delivery environments Required Qualifications β€’ 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in Salesforce environments β€’ Understanding of: Agentforce, Salesforce Digital Engagement, OmniStudio (OmniScripts, FlexCards, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures) β€’ Proven ability to translate business needs into structured, well-documented requirements β€’ Experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and test scenarios β€’ Familiarity with AI-assisted tools for documentation, analysis, or testing β€’ Strong communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders Preferred Qualifications β€’ Experience working on customer-facing or conversational/AI-driven solutions β€’ Familiarity with Salesforce Service Cloud and contact center environments β€’ Experience supporting UAT and QA processes β€’ Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid models)
