Job Title: Technical Business Analyst (SME)
Location: New York City, NY
Duration: Contract
Needed: Subject Matter Expert in Smarsh Enterprise Conduct OR Conduct Surveillance or any other Employee communication (ECOMMS) Monitoring tools
Job Description:
• Partner with the business to help translate high-level business requirements into detailed functional, testable specifications.
• Work as a member of an Agile squad in the development of surveillance controls
• Work as a liaison between business unit and delivery team in all phases of development from product definition to deployment
• Perform feasibility analysis, scope projects, prioritize deliverables, recommend alternative solutions and project strategies, and engage in negotiations.
• Act as SME to business working with them on system and data questions
• Write BDD cases that can be used to streamline QA and UAT processes
Skills required:
• Strong SQL and Data Analysis knowledge is a must; Knowledge of Java, Scala or Python is preferred.
• Experience in Testing/Tuning of Natural Language Models used in ECOMMS domain.
• At least 3 to 5 years of experience with software development projects
• Relevant work experience with business requirements definition and management (end to end), structured analysis, process design, and use case documentation
• Good analytical and problem solving skills
• Good communication skills both verbal and written
• Effective collaborator across a variety of IT and Business groups, regions, roles and levels
