Role description
📍 Greater Boston | 100% Onsite
📅 9–12 Month Contract (Extension Likely)
🇺🇸 U.S. Citizens or Green Card Holders Only
We are seeking a highly technical Business Analyst to support a Snowflake migration initiative. This is NOT a functional BA role — this position is hands-on in the data warehouse daily.
This role is heavy on:
• Snowflake (non-negotiable)
• Advanced SQL (complex joins, aggregations, validation logic)
• Data validation & QA
• Understanding transformation logic (raw → reporting datasets)
• Validating HR metrics & dashboard outputs
You’ll be knee-deep in data — identifying discrepancies, tracing transformations, and ensuring HR reporting ties out accurately. If you are more functional than technical, this will not be the right fit.
Must-Have:
• Strong Snowflake experience
• Advanced SQL proficiency
• Direct data warehouse experience
• ETL / transformation knowledge
• Experience validating data pipelines
Nice to Have:
• HR systems / Workday
• Power BI
• Regulated industry experience
Small team, high visibility, fast interview process.
If you live in SQL, understand Snowflake deeply, and enjoy solving data quality challenges — apply or reach out directly.
