Technical Business Analyst

AI Business Analyst On-site in Greenwood Village, CO $50-$60/hour W2 contract with benefits Overview: Our client is launching an agentic AI solution for Customer Operations, partnering with Google to build an enterprise-scale AI agent that will handle a portion of customer support interactions. This initiative is one of the fastest-moving AI programs within the organization and requires a highly capable Business Analyst to support the requirements gathering and documentation for the technical implementation workstream. This is a unique opportunity to work directly with senior leadership, help launch a groundbreaking AI product, and be part of one of a high-visibility initiative. Responsibilities: • Analyze Product Requirements Documents (PRD) and create logical technical requirements • Decompose a PRD into individual requirements in a spreadsheet that will be used for technical requirement tracking • Support technical team members in writing user stories using technical requirements as criteria in Jira • Attend technical meetings to identify and capture technical requirements • Support design documentation development (logical, functional design diagrams for AI and software) • Work with product/business staff to understand business requirement Interview Process: One 30-minute phone interview and one onsite interview Selling points: • This is a net new, highly innovative project with full buy in at the c-suite level • Working with pre-released GCP technologies on an 18-month roadmap • Will get exposure to real agentic AI use cases as a TPM Eight Eleven Group (Brooksource) provides equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, national origin, age, sex, citizenship, disability, genetic information, sexual orientation, gender identity, marital status, amnesty or status as a covered veteran in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.
