Type: Most Remote with onsite work 2-3 days per quarter
Pay: $45 - $50/hour W2

About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Technical Business Analyst to join our team. This role will be responsible for gathering business requirements, writing user stories, and supporting the full SDLC in an Agile environment. The ideal candidate has a strong background in databases (Postgres), SQL queries, and experience within advertising or pharmaceutical industries. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills are essential, as this role will serve as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams.
Responsibilities:
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives and define technical solutions.
• Support Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and daily standups.
• Write SQL queries and work with databases (Postgres) to validate data, support analysis, and troubleshoot issues.
• Partner with developers, QA, and project managers to ensure requirements are met throughout the SDLC.
• Act as a liaison between business units and IT teams, ensuring alignment on priorities and deliverables.
• Provide domain expertise within advertising and/or pharmaceutical environments (a strong plus).
• Create process flows, documentation, and reports to support project delivery.
Qualifications:
• 3–6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Technical Business Analyst, or Product Owner.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
• Hands-on experience writing user stories, requirements, and acceptance criteria.
• Proficiency with SQL queries and relational databases (Postgres strongly preferred).
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in advertising or pharmaceutical industries highly desirable.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
