Technical Business Analyst

Business Analyst / Senior Business Analyst / Technical Business Analyst - inside IR35, £450 per day Inside IR35, immediate start candidates required for a remote piece of work with very occasional travel to Leeds and / or London. We require experienced contract BA's would ideally have experience at GDS/ GOV / DEFRA / Public Sector / Housing Association / Council. Working in a very technical squad alongside tech lead, Solution Architect, Delivery Manager, Product Manager/ 3 x engineers / QA and Test. Requirements: • Experience working with UCD colleagues (User Researchers, UX Designers) • Strong ownership of user stories, including running 3 Amigos sessions, elaboration and refinement • Comfortable running Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning) • Requirements elicitation and analysis across complex environments • Skilled in writing user stories, acceptance criteria and managing backlogs (Jira, Azure DevOps, ServiceNow) • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills • Experience mapping processes, identifying gaps and opportunities • Ability to interpret data, perform impact assessments and support decision-making • Strong workshop facilitation skills • Experience producing clear documentation (process flows, user journeys, functional specs) • Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work in ambiguity Please apply ASAP for immediate interview slots.
