About the Project We are an early-stage startup with a clear mission: to revolutionize how local businesses in the United States are discovered in the era of Artificial Intelligence. As traditional SEO evolves into Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), local merchants are struggling to maintain visibility. Our business helps US local merchants optimize their online presence for AI-driven search engines (like ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, and AI-overviews). We ensure their businesses appear efficiently and prominently when users search via AI. The Role We are looking for a highly driven Technical Co-Founder / AI & GEO Expert to lead our product development and technical strategy. You are not just an employee; you are a partner. You will take full ownership of the technical architecture, focusing on building out our core automated solution. If you have a deep understanding of AI search mechanics and the technical chops to build automated data pipelines, this is your chance to build a product from 0 to 1 in a massively untapped market. What You Will Do - Lead Technical Strategy: Serve as the technical backbone of the startup, solving complex architectural and engineering challenges. - Build the Core Product: Architect and develop "OpenClawn," our fully automated system. This system will ingest user-provided information and materials to automatically generate customized AI search solutions (GEO) for our clients. - Drive AI Automation: Leverage LLMs and automated workflows to process client data, analyze AI search trends, and execute optimization strategies at scale. - Stay Ahead of the Curve: Continuously research and reverse-engineer how major AI models aggregate and rank local business data to keep our GEO strategies cutting-edge. Who You Are - AI & LLM Expert: Deep technical knowledge of Large Language Models, prompt engineering, AI agents, and API integrations (OpenAI, Anthropic, LangChain, etc.). - GEO Pioneer: You understand Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) or possess a strong background in advanced technical SEO with a clear grasp of how search is transitioning to AI. - Full-Stack / Backend Builder: Proficient in the programming languages necessary to build automated web systems and AI pipelines (e.g., Python, Node.js). - Entrepreneurial Mindset: You are a self-starter who thrives in ambiguity. You understand the risks and rewards of a startup and are willing to invest your time and expertise for a piece of the pie. Compensation & Partnership - Important Notice: This is an entrepreneurial partnership, not a standard employment contract. There is NO BASE SALARY at this current stage. - Equity & Dividends: Compensation is entirely performance-based through a generous Equity Stake and direct Profit-Sharing/Dividends as the company generates revenue. - Flexibility: We are open to you working on this part-time or outside of regular hours until the project generates enough revenue to sustain us full-time.
