Role description
PLEASE no 3rd party subcontractor inquiries Our client, a leading financial services organization, is seeking a Technical Data Analyst and Developer to join their team. As a Technical Data Analyst and Developer, you will be part of the Data & Analytics Department supporting the Operations and Technology teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, adaptability, and collaborative spirit, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Technical Data Analyst and Developer Location: Charlotte, NC (hybrid) Pay Range:$65/hr W2 (due to client rules we are unable to work with 3rd party subcontractors; all candidates must be able to work on Experis' W2) What's the Job? โ€ข Analyze, design, develop, enhance, and support applications that integrate with existing business components utilizing established processes, frameworks, and technologies. โ€ข Develop and support both new and existing project requirements, including coordinating with business teams to understand needs and analyzing potential impacts of change requests. โ€ข Perform comprehensive analysis of application and process issues, including problem identification, communication, and coordination with customer-facing support teams. โ€ข Regularly communicate work progress with management, identify issues early, and resolve them promptly to minimize project impact. โ€ข Learn and apply business processes to assigned tasks, ensuring solutions align with operational needs and standards. What's Needed? โ€ข Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field. โ€ข 7+ years of software development experience. โ€ข Strong expertise in complex SQL queries and PL/SQL programming. โ€ข Proven skills in software design, build, testing, and documentation. โ€ข Experience working in an Agile environment with excellent organizational and team collaboration skills.
