Role description
Job Description:Weβre seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead the large-scale integration and multi-vendor rollout of our next-generation, end-to-end restaurant technology platform
Key Responsibilities: -
Technical Leadership & Architecture:
β’ Lead technical delivery and interoperability for all POS, kitchen, and dispatch systems.
β’ Govern API strategy and architecture for 100+ internal and external integrations.
β’ Drive system validation and documentation from pilot phases through full-scale rollout.
Program Management & Execution:
β’ Manage the full lifecycle of the restaurant platform from initial discovery through to stable, large-scale rollout.
β’ Coordinate complex roadmaps and schedules across multiple internal teams and external vendors.
β’ Maintain rigorous governance through technical syncs and risk reviews to ensure high-quality delivery on time
Vendor & Integration Oversight:
β’ Partner with vendors to define technical standards, performance benchmarks, and API specifications.
β’ Prioritize the integration backlog for 100+ interfaces across POS, delivery, and financial systems.
β’ Lead technical workshops and incident reviews to ensure system security, scalability, and stability.
Collaboration & Leadership:
β’ Bridge the gap between business goals and technical teams by turning requirements into clear work plans.
β’ Lead cross-functional alignment between IT, operations, and global vendors for a unified rollout and support strategy.
β’ Guide and mentor technical teams while providing high-level status updates and key decisions to executive leadership.
Qualifications Required:
β’ Over 10 years of experience leading massive technical projects and enterprise-level system rollouts.
β’ Deep expertise in APIs and retail tech, specifically managing 100+ integrations across POS, labor, and inventory platforms.
β’ Strong technical fluency with the ability to bridge the gap between engineers, vendors, and executive leadership.
Preferred:
β’ Advanced degree in Computer Science or a related engineering field.
β’ Relevant certifications in Project Management (PMP) or Agile methodologies (Scrum/SAFe).
β’ Technical expertise in integration platforms, restaurant tech ecosystems, and data security standards.
Success Indicators:
β’ Deploy a seamless tech stack across 3,000+ locations with minimal disruption to daily operations.
β’ Maintain 99.9% API reliability and ensure data stays synced across all systems in real-time.
β’ Automate manual tasks and fix system errors by building more robust, high-quality integrations.
β’ Deliver the project on time and on budget, earning high marks from both internal teams and franchise partners.
Pay: $70.00 - $75.00 per hour
